About the Role

We are currently looking for an Operator for an industrial company in Hallsberg. This is a consulting assignment through Cleverex Bemanning, where you are initially employed by Cleverex. For the right candidate, there are excellent opportunities for conversion to direct employment with the client after approximately 6 months, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. You will work in a modern production environment with high demands on quality, delivery precision, and continuous improvement. The operations involve both series and prototype manufacturing, ensuring a varied and dynamic workday.

Responsibilities

As an Operator, you are responsible for the operation of machines in various manufacturing processes. The work requires attention to detail, technical interest, and a quality-conscious approach.

• Operation and monitoring of production machines
• Work in various manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and dispensing
• Quality control, measurement, and documentation
• Reporting in business systems
• Ensuring the correct quantity, correct quality, and on-time delivery

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a genuine interest in technology and production.

• High school education, preferably with a technical focus
• Experience as a machine operator in manufacturing industry (advantageous)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Organized and quality-conscious
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

• Workplace: Hallsberg
• Assignment duration: 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to client employment thereafter

Working Hours:

• Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:00–23:18
