About the Operations

The Property Department is part of the Operations and Services Administration in Hallsberg Municipality.

The Property Department currently manages approximately 115,000 square meters. The portfolio includes premises used within our own operations as well as residential and cultural properties. We offer a broad range of tasks!

Job Responsibilities

As a carpenter at the Property Department, you will work closely with the rest of our department and be responsible for maintenance in all management areas. You are an important representative of the municipality and provide high-quality service to our tenants.

Your responsibilities include, among other things, repairs, maintenance, and renovation work. You will perform everything from simple carpentry tasks to total renovations, mostly for public operations but also for tenants.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a carpenter and have a few years of experience in carpentry. The job requires a B driver's license. As a person, you are very service-oriented, responsive, and driven to help where needed. You are both an independent problem solver and a good team player. You are flexible and quick to learn new things. Juggling multiple tasks and working in change is something that appeals to you.

We place great importance on personal suitability.

Merits

Experience with larger renovation projects or new construction is considered a merit.
