Do you want to lead exciting construction projects from start to finish? We are now looking for an engaged and driven Site Manager who wants to become an important part of our operations in Örebro.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and monitoring construction projects on-site. You ensure that projects are carried out according to set goals regarding quality, time, economy, and working environment.

In this role, you work closely with clients, project managers, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. You are responsible for creating a safe, secure, and efficient workplace where collaboration and good communication are in focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from production start to completion.
• Be responsible for the project's economy, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers.
• Actively work with quality assurance and production control.
• Build and develop good relationships with customers and partners.

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working as a Site Manager, Foreman, or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• Have good knowledge of the construction process and experience in production management.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong business focus.
• Enjoy leading people and creating engagement within the team.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
