Your Responsibilities

In this role, you work closely with both management and skilled workers and have a central function in the execution of projects. You contribute with structure, follow-up, and coordination to ensure that projects are driven forward in an efficient and safe manner.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsibility for civil engineering projects, from start to finish
• Work closely with management and skilled workers to ensure a good working environment
• Handle economics and production follow-up
• Ensure that work complies with current regulations, such as AMA and AB04
• Drive projects towards set goals within time, quality, and budget

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have administrative strength, good structure, and a genuine interest in developing towards an operational and leading role. You have a B driver's license and good computer skills, and thrive in a role where you get to coordinate, follow up, and create order in daily work. You should also be open to working in other locations, which may sometimes involve overnight stays.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are confident in contact with different professional groups and have an easy time adapting your communication to the situation and target group.

As a person, you are driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative. You enjoy taking responsibility, have the ability to see what needs to be done, and contribute to a positive work climate where projects and people develop together.
