Peab Construction Service in Jönköping is looking for a driven site supervisor who wants to help shape the future of construction projects. Here you will have the opportunity to lead engaged teams and develop your skills.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves daily supervision of skilled workers and subcontractors in ongoing construction service operations and projects. You will report to your site manager, who is located in the same office. Examples of tasks include repair and maintenance work, renovations, kitchen installations, roof and window replacements, as well as extensions and conversions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least five years of experience in construction, renovation, and extension projects, as well as smaller construction operations (construction service) with project sizes around 5–20 million SEK.
• Currently working as a site supervisor in construction service and is accustomed to leading employees and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of project economics, experience in making own calculations and forecasting.
• Knowledge of contract law and time and logistics planning.
• A valid B driver's license and good computer skills.

As a person, you are driven to develop in your professional role, are relationship-building, and have strong communication skills. You are confident in your interactions with clients and customers, as this is part of your daily work. Furthermore, you are used to taking significant personal responsibility and driving the work forward.
