The Role of Project Manager for Pools As a Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that our pool and swimming hall projects are built according to our concept and technical platform. You are responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out with high quality and cost-effectiveness by acting as a crucial support for our local divisions in pool-specific matters. You are involved throughout the entire process, from early market and customer processing and bidding, to design, production, completion, and even during the warranty period. A central part of the role is to further develop NCC's concepts and technical guidelines for pool construction, as well as to contribute to knowledge transfer between our projects. You are the specialist who leads them through the process. You report to Jesper, who is the Segment Manager for Pools, with a team located in various cities across Sweden. We hold digital team meetings every week and also meet regularly in person to share experiences and knowledge. About the Division Business and Development Building Sweden The division includes the units Technology & Sustainability, Business Development, Purchasing, as well as the unit Market and Segment, where the role of Pool Project Manager is located. Your Profile as Project Manager You have documented experience from pool construction production and/or design. You are skilled at building relationships, whether you are meeting with customers, colleagues, or our subcontractors. Sometimes you take on a specialist role, and at other times you have a more supportive role. Regardless, you enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are self-motivated, structured, and accustomed to taking responsibility. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Additional Information This is a permanent position located at one of our offices in Sweden, preferably from Uppsala and southwards.
