Nässjö Municipality is in an exciting phase of development, and we are now looking for an engaged carpenter to join the Technical Service Administration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a carpenter at Nässjö Municipality, you will have a varied and independent job where no day is like the other. You work closely with our operations and play an important role in creating and maintaining well-functioning premises.

The assignment includes planning, coordinating, and executing various types of building services.

Your tasks will consist of:

• Maintenance and service within construction
• Minor renovations and adaptations in our properties
• Actions related to fault reports
• Daily contact with the municipality's operations and tenants
• Introduction and supervision of interns or apprentices as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who thrive in the role of a carpenter and have a vocational upper secondary education in construction, or equivalent knowledge and experience acquired through working life. To succeed in the role, you need a valid trade certificate and a B-driver's license. You feel confident using Swedish in both speech and writing, as the work involves close collaboration with our operations and ongoing communication in everyday life.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in building services or similar service-oriented work
• Experience working independently in varied environments

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date according to agreement.
