About the role We are currently looking for a working foreman for an established company in the wood industry in Smålandsstenar. In this role, you combine active work in production with responsibility for leading and distributing the daily work of a team of employees. You will become a key person in the operations, working to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-conscious production.

The position is during day shifts.

Responsibilities As a working foreman, you will among other things:

• Participate in the daily work in production.
• Lead, support, and distribute tasks within the work group.
• Plan and prioritize daily work based on production needs.
• Ensure that production meets set goals regarding quality and delivery times.
• Monitor production and work with continuous improvements.
• Contribute to a safe working environment and good cooperation among colleagues.

Who are you? We are looking for you who have experience from the wood industry, manufacturing industry, or other production operations. You thrive in a role where you get to combine practical work with leadership and have the ability to create structure and engagement in daily work.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in a leading role within production, such as foreman or team leader.
• Be clear in your communication and have good collaboration skills.
• Have a good understanding of production flows, quality work, and efficiency.
• Have technical understanding and feel confident working with machines and production equipment.
• Have experience in wood processing or wood refining industry, which is meritorious.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a natural drive to develop both the business and the people around you. You are down-to-earth and enjoy working together with your team to achieve common goals.
