We are looking for experienced timber house carpenters for our factory in Eksjö

Tasks and responsibilities:

Do you want to be part of building quality houses in a modern and developmental production environment? We are now looking for experienced timber house carpenters who want to become part of our team.

The work is varied and covers several stages in the manufacturing of our houses.

Depending on your experience and skills, your tasks may include:

• Manufacturing of wall elements, floor joists, and roofs
• Assembly of windows, doors, and other building details
• Cutting and processing of wood and building materials
• Reading drawings and working according to production specifications
• Manufacturing and adapting details
• Quality assurance of your own work
• Active participation in improvement and development work

The work takes place at a high pace where quality, safety, and teamwork are crucial for our success.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience in carpentry, timber house production, or other qualified construction work. You are used to working independently but also thrive as part of a team where people help each other.

We would like you to:

• Have experience as a carpenter or timber house worker.
• Be able to read and understand construction and production drawings.
• Have good experience working with hand tools and machines.
• Be quality-conscious, precise, and responsible.
• Have high commitment and good work ethic.
• Be flexible and appreciate varied tasks.
• Enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good work environment.
• Experience in industrial house production or prefabricated manufacturing is an advantage, but not a requirement.

You need to master Swedish in both speech and writing.
