You have a few years of experience leading projects and feel ready for the next step in your career. Here you will combine structure, business acumen, and relationship building in a role where you lead some of Sweden's most exciting establishment projects.

With us, you represent the tenant's interests and help some of the country's largest companies and organizations realize their new workplaces. From signed lease agreements to move-in ready premises, you are responsible for keeping the project on course, with the right quality, the right economics, and the right conditions for the business. Every project is unique. It requires both structure, a holistic perspective, and the ability to get people with different roles and interests to work towards the same goal.

...work together with the industry's most experienced advisors in workplace strategy, property law, and project management. You participate in establishment projects from start to finish and become the customer's primary advisor throughout the entire implementation. You coordinate the project's various stakeholders, lead meetings, track time, economics, and quality, and ensure that all parts collaborate towards the same goal.

You work closely with property owners, subcontractors, architects, technical consultants, and the customer's own organization. At the same time, you take significant personal responsibility and develop in tandem with your experience.

You are curious, driven, and unpretentious. You thrive when you get to take responsibility, create structure in complex contexts, and build good relationships. You enjoy collaborating, communicating, and driving projects forward together with others.

We would like you to have:

• a couple of years of experience leading establishment, construction, interior design, or space projects

• experience coordinating many different stakeholders and holding complex projects together

• a structured working method combined with good problem-solving skills

• business acumen and the ability to build trust with customers and partners

• an interest in how workplaces can contribute to people's well-being, happiness, and business development

• curiosity about how new technology and AI can streamline working methods and create even greater customer value

• good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
