I am a young woman living in my own apartment in Nacka. I have a great interest in culture, language, writing, and theater, and have previously worked as a director. Today, I work in research.

I am now looking for personal assistants who can work in a structured manner and contribute to making my daily life stable, so that I can live independently and focus on work and hobbies.

About the job

As a personal assistant, you will assist me with daily tasks such as mobility (primarily without aids), personal hygiene, meals, and support during activities and work. The job requires you to be attentive, take responsibility, and be responsive and careful in following written and verbal instructions.

I am a person who is not afraid to say what I think and show emotions. Sometimes I get angry but never physically aggressive. Therefore, it is important that you are not afraid of strong emotions or conflict-averse, and it is a plus if you are secure, keep your calm in different situations, and have a professional attitude.

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement. On-site introduction will be provided.

Who are you?

I am looking for you who:

• Are a woman between 30–60 years old
• Have good physical fitness
• Are stable, responsible, and careful
• Are a non-smoker
• Have very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Are not allergic to fur-bearing animals and are not afraid of dogs

Due to susceptibility to infections, it is important that you have a responsible attitude towards illness, hygiene, and infection control, and do not work when sick.

It is important that you see the job as long-term and contribute to continuity in the group. The job also requires you to be stress-resistant, flexible, able to be spontaneous, and to step in when needed.

Travel occurs in the position, so it is an advantage if you have the opportunity to accompany me.

About the positions

There are positions from approximately 15% up to 85%, based on a rolling 4-week schedule.

I am also looking for hourly employees who can work as on-call replacements when needed.

Working hours

The work can be scheduled as:

• 24-hour shifts (09:00–09:00) or divided into:
• Day shifts (09:00–17:00)
• Evening/night (17:00–09:00, with on-call duty)

On-call duty occurs every night between 01:00–07:00.

Salary & conditions

• Base salary: 155 SEK/hour
• Holiday pay is added
• Shift allowance is added
• On-call compensation according to collective agreement (Fremia–Kommunal)
