We are looking for you as a Resource Planner/Short-term Staffing Coordinator within Healthcare and Social Care. Responsibilities
As a short-term staffing coordinator, you play a key role within the administration and serve as a central support for our unit managers within elderly care and disability support. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our operations have staff in place during long- and short-term absences.
The work primarily involves:
- Supporting unit managers with staffing
- Working in various administrative systems
- Working in accordance with current laws, regulations, and operational routines
As a short-term staffing coordinator, you will be employed by the Competence Recruitment Unit (KFE), which is a central support function for operations within elderly care and disability support. Working hours are during daytime.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has previously worked with staffing planning and payroll systems. Experience with the Medvind system is advantageous. As a resource planner, you often juggle many balls in the air simultaneously, which requires a high degree of flexibility, quick adaptability, stress tolerance, and organizational structure. Good teamwork and communication skills, as well as a professional attitude, are prerequisites.
In the role of resource planner, it is important to have knowledge of and work in accordance with current laws, regulations, and routines that govern the operations.

Approximately 2,500 employees work within the Welfare Administration. As part of the interview process, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Accepted documents include a passport, international ID card, driver's license plus a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency, or another ID document that strengthens citizenship. For some positions, extracts from the police's suspicion and criminal records register are required. We welcome proficiency in Finnish and/or any of the Sami varieties, as Örnsköldsvik Municipality is part of both the Finnish and Sami administrative areas.
In our municipality, a number of positions are classified for security reasons, so security clearance may be required. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
