On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Service-Oriented Customer Receptionist who wants to be an important part of their team.

If you are proactive, humble, and have a genuine interest in providing our customers with a first-class experience, then this might be the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of our store and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in an efficient and pleasant way.
• Schedule vehicles for service and other services that our customers need assistance with.
• Work together with our technicians, sales staff, and other colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who:

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• Hold a valid B-category driver's license.
• Are service-oriented and have the ability to take initiative.
• Are humble and happy to help out where needed, both with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications that are a plus:

• B96 or BE driver's license is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or as a customer receptionist is an advantage.

The position is a full-time employment starting with a probationary period, and we would like you to be able to start immediately. Working hours are scheduled for weekdays 08:00–17:00, other times and Saturdays may occur as needed. A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
