Your team consists of several other Account Managers and an engaged Team Manager LinkedIn link. Responsibilities
As an Account Manager with us, you build and develop your own customer relationships. A typical day in the role involves:
- Prospecting: Searching for new customer contacts at potential companies that have not previously collaborated with us, as well as among customers in our existing network. This is where you will truly contribute with your drive and endurance to achieve results.
- Sales meetings: This is where you create magic! This is where the initial sales of our services take place. This includes "cold calls" where you get to showcase your sales skills and establish new relationships with potential customers. You build good customer relationships, conduct needs analyses, and leave a strong impression.
- Environmental scanning: To strategically map out the future needs of our established customers. We can offer the most value when we anticipate customer needs and work proactively in our customer relationships.
We are looking for someone who
To be successful and thrive in the role, you are a person who is motivated by working towards high goals in a culture characterized by a high energy level, where we lift each other up and celebrate successes together. You have a strong belief in your capacity to handle setbacks, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to organize your work efficiently. Handling multiple tasks of varying nature at a high pace is something you feel comfortable with. Building relationships comes naturally to you, and you act confidently in social situations and are happy to be at the center of events.
We see that you have
- Driver's license (Category B): A requirement to be able to visit our customers.
- Work experience: You have gained experience from working life and feel confident in a professional environment.
- Communication skills: You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
- Educational background: Completed upper secondary education.
Other information
- Start: According to agreement
- Scope: Full-time, office hours
- Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and a variable commission part with no cap
- Location: Sundsvall
