As a franchisee, you run your own store and are responsible for the entire operation while reporting and collaborating with the Sales Market Manager. Your main areas of responsibility

• Drive sales, results, and profitability
• Ensure a strong customer experience every day
• Responsible for operations, quality, and compliance with the concept and franchise agreement
• Recruit, lead, and develop your team
• You own and run your company yourself, but do so through a franchise agreement and follow Circle K's concept, structures, and brand

We are looking for you who

• Have a strong business sense and are driven by results
• Have previous experience in leadership positions within sales or service and are a present and engaged leader
• Have experience working in a store or other customer-facing operations and are passionate about customer experience and sales
• Thrive in an operational role close to the business
• Have the financial means to start an limited liability company and finance inventory and stock
• Completed high school education
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage for the role

• Experience from the industry
• Experience in self-employment, including investments and financing
• Budget and result responsibility
• Experience in personnel responsibility and recruitment, as well as formal personnel responsibility
• Post-secondary education in areas such as business administration, leadership, service, sales, fast food, or safety

You lead by focusing on what creates value, communicate our vision, and make sound decisions. You bring out the best in others, develop talents, and ensure that you deliver results together.

Welcome to an information meeting

• We are looking for franchisees in several locations in Sweden; in our screening questions, you can specify which locations you are interested in becoming a franchisee in.
• After the summer, we will invite you to information meetings and tell you more about the role. Register your interest by sending in your CV and answering our screening questions. Thereafter, we will send out invitations and more information on an ongoing basis.
