Your Workplace

Nysäter Health Centre is located in Nysäter, Värmland, and offers good, accessible care with permanent staff. We welcome both medical and nursing students for supervision. Thanks to everyone contributing their skills and willingness to do a good job, the health centre is experienced as a pleasant and welcoming workplace.

Since February 1, 2025, the health centre has been an independent unit and currently has a patient list cap of 3,000.

Thanks to high continuity, good accessibility, and well-functioning routines, we are on track with both annual check-ups and waiting lists. We are a small team where we have close collaboration between professions, all to provide world-class care for the patient. This also creates good conditions for personal development and strong cohesion within the work group.

Your Responsibilities

As a District Nurse with us, you will have a varied, independent, and meaningful job. You will work with your own clinic, telephone advice, triage, and care of acute patients.

Your Knowledge and Competencies

We are looking for you with a nursing license. If you have previous experience working as a District Nurse, experience working at a health centre, or further education in asthma/COPD, this is seen as an advantage.

We place great emphasis on your personal competencies. To thrive with us, you are independent and confident in your professional role, with the ability to make your own decisions and structure your work. You are proactive, see what needs to be done, and contribute to developing the business forward.

You have good collaboration skills and thrive in close cooperation with colleagues from different professions, where you work together for the patient's best interest. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and meet patients and relatives with engagement, sensitivity, and respect.

We also value that you have a holistic view, seeing the patient's needs from a broader perspective and contributing to cohesive and quality care.
