About the position

We at Olivia are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for approximately 12.25 hours/week with our client on Södermalm.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:00 - 21:00
• 16:00 - 21:00

About the client

The client is a woman in her early 20s with an interest in walks, culture, and social activities. She enjoys visiting museums, having coffee, and going to the cinema. She needs your help as an assistant due to Phelan-McDermid syndrome.

The duties are as follows:

• Support with daily routines and household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Practical support in daily activities
• Contribute to an active and meaningful day-to-day life based on the client's interests

Requirements:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social services

Employment level: Approximately 12.25 hours per week

Number of positions: 1

Start date: June 22. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Olivia is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
