We are now looking for substitutes for the summer. We are seeking a calm, sensitive, and secure person who fits well with a 38-year-old man with autism. The client is an anxious person, which requires you to be straightforward and honest in your communication.

As a personal assistant, you support the client in his daily life and compensate for his disability. You help with showering, hygiene, cooking, and ensure that the client goes out for walks.

You are positive, caring, and have a calm and gentle demeanor. You are sensitive to the client's needs and can adapt to his daily condition. You work together with the client but can also be self-reliant and take initiative when needed.

Note: For this position, we are only looking for female applicants.

Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required for communication with the client and colleagues to function effectively.

We preferably see applicants between the ages of 25–40, but personal chemistry is decisive.

The position involves working shifts during the day, evening, and awake nights.
