About the role

As a Customer and Order Coordinator, you work as a central contact point for the company's customers and are responsible for providing fast, professional, and solution-oriented service. You handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on business opportunities, and ensure that customers receive the help they need throughout the process.

The role involves close collaboration with the company's external sales team, where you support by booking customer meetings, following up on ongoing business, and contributing to creating long-term customer relationships. You also work continuously in the CRM system NetSuite and are responsible for documenting customer dialogues, updating information, and following up on open business opportunities.

Examples of tasks:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
• Prepare quotations and product information based on customer needs
• Follow up on quotations and ongoing business opportunities
• Register and administer customer orders
• Book customer meetings for the company's external sales staff
• Work proactively with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new needs
• Update and maintain CRM systems and customer database
• Collaborate with colleagues regarding ongoing customers and business

You work on-site at the office in Fjärås together with your colleagues and receive a thorough introduction before gradually taking over the responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

• Experience from customer service, inside sales, order administration, or a similar role
• Accustomed to handling many cases simultaneously and working in a structured manner
• Good computer skills and experience with business or CRM systems
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience with quotation work and order handling
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuite
• Experience with B2B sales or customer relations
• Interest in construction, industrial, or product-related businesses
