ERP Business Architect – Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Order-to-Delivery (O2D)

Location: Stockholm County, on-site work 5 days/week (remote work possible by agreement)

About the role

The organization is currently in the midst of two major ERP initiatives that together shape the future global process and system landscape for both industrial and commercial operations.

One program drives a comprehensive transformation of the industrial ERP backbone solution. Here, Order-to-Cash (O2C) is a central area, linked to the entire flow for the sale of vehicles, buses, and energy solutions.

Concurrently, a commercial backbone program for wholesale and retail operations is underway, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 playing a key part in the ERP landscape.

To succeed in this work, the E2E Architecture team is being strengthened with an experienced ERP Business Architect who can contribute structure, holistic vision, and pragmatic progress.

Your role

As an ERP Business Architect, you will be a key person in keeping the O2C and O2D flows together across programs, systems, and organizations.

You will work closely with both business and delivery teams to ensure that target architecture, business needs, and reality meet in a sustainable and efficient way.

Among other things, you will:

• Ensure that O2C/O2D processes are coherent, clear, and follow a common direction
• Be an active voice in design decisions and contribute to solutions that are both scalable and practical
• Support process developers in building and documenting global ways of working and models
• Drive and manage changes related to the O2C flow
• Collaborate closely with other process areas and system integrators to create a seamless whole
• Translate business needs into clear consequences and smart trade-offs

We believe you have

• A university degree, preferably in computer science or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in relevant roles
• Extensive experience with Order-to-Delivery in manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of sales, delivery, and invoicing in complex flows
• Experience as a Business Architect in global and complex environments
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with process modeling and tools such as ARIS or similar

It is extra interesting if you also have

• Experience from the automotive industry
• Worked with complex products or global flows
• Participated in several major ERP implementations

Language

• Fluent English, both spoken and written
