RF-SISU Halland is looking for an HR and Management Resource

RF-SISU Halland is one of the 19 regional organizations of the Swedish Sports Confederation (RF) and SISU Sports Education. We work for and with the sports movement, and our primary mission is to support sports clubs and their members through adult education. For us, voluntary engagement, club life, and adult education are core issues.

By supporting the development of leadership, organization, and operations, we contribute to the long-term development and social benefit of sports. We are a knowledge-driven organization working to create the best possible conditions for Swedish sports – now and in the future.

We are now looking for an experienced HR and management resource for a position of approximately 40–50% for 6–12 months. This is a role for you who are confident in your competence, accustomed to working closely with management, and who take initiative, create structure, and take responsibility for driving issues forward. The assignment can be carried out as a consultant or as an employee.

About the assignment

You will work closely with management and have a central role in both supporting and driving HR-related issues. The role combines operational HR work with qualified management support. An important part of the assignment is to contribute stability, clarity, and progress to the organization's work. The assignment requires you to be physically present at the office during working hours.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as qualified support to management.
  • Drive processes within HR and organizational development.
  • Be responsible for and lead occupational health and safety work.
  • Handle labor law issues and collective bargaining.
  • Support managers in personnel matters.
  • Work with conflict management and coaching.
  • Prepare decision-making materials.

Qualifications

You have at least 10 years of experience in qualified HR and/or management support work and have previously held roles where you combined these areas. You are used to working independently, taking responsibility, and driving your own processes from start to finish. You have good experience with labor law and collective bargaining, and feel confident handling more complex personnel matters and conflict situations. Furthermore, you have actively worked with occupational health and safety issues and have the ability to drive and develop structured OHS work. You have experience working closely with managers, trade unions, and employees.

Personal attributes

We are looking for an initiative-taking, responsible, and clear person who can contribute perspectives to complex issues. You are confident in yourself and your competence, and have the ability to act steadily even in sensitive or challenging situations. As a person, you are self-reliant, structured, and action-oriented, while also being receptive and relationship-building. You are communicative and have an easy time creating trustful relationships. With a coaching approach, you are driven by developing both people and the organization.

Information about the position

The assignment covers approximately 40–50% for a period of 6–12 months, starting immediately. The role can be filled either as a consulting assignment or as a fixed-term employment. The work is performed physically on-site at our office in the lovely Slottsmöllan area in Halmstad.

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact District Sports Director, Sandra Hidgård, 072-2290447, or HR Director RF/SISU National, Sara Brodahl, 076-8147439.

We welcome you to register your application. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The last day for applications is June 18.
