We are looking for an IT Business Specialist for Stockholm, working with a government agency within the transport sector.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The assignment concerns a Business Specialist within SCADA, tasked with providing the prerequisites for safe and accessible traffic 24/7, year-round. This is achieved by controlling and monitoring fixed facilities and providing system support for functional asset management within the technical department's operations. The role involves driving requirements within the product area, monitoring the effects of changes, and proposing improvements. The assignment requires close collaboration between IT and the business side to translate needs into solutions, as well as actively building and maintaining a network to succeed in the role. The work is performed both remotely and on-site according to the business's needs and includes security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements within the product area, both large and small.
• Monitor the effects of implemented changes.
• Propose and initiate improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and the business side to translate needs into solutions.
• Create and maintain necessary networks to succeed in the role.
• Work with system support for functional asset management within the technical department's operations.
• Participate in work related to the control and monitoring of fixed facilities.
• Work on-site at the office according to business needs and remotely by agreement.
• Carry out the assignment in accordance with confidentiality agreements and security clearance requirements.
• Participate in a closing meeting at the end of the assignment to share experiences from the completed project.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 2 years of the last 5 years working with business-oriented project or assignment management within IT-related changes. Including maintenance and further development, i.e., requirement gathering, specification, implementation, delivery, acceptance testing, and production release.
• At least 2 years of experience over the last 5 years working with property-related IT systems.
• Experience with documentation and creating routines and processes, as well as structuring information, with at least 2 years of experience.

Merits

• Post-secondary education with a focus on automation engineering, building automation, or system development.
• Experience working with SCADA systems for at least 2 years from previous work.
• Experience in property management for at least 2 years from previous work.
