Do you want to lead a major AMLR initiative in the banking sector? In this role, you drive the startup and planning of a comprehensive change project where new regulatory requirements are to be translated into working methods and sustainable IT solutions. You work at the intersection of business, legal, and IT, ensuring the project moves forward with clear direction, correct priorities, and strong anchoring among decision-makers and stakeholders.

You hold the whole picture together in a complex and regulated environment where many perspectives need to meet. Here, your ability to create structure, drive collaboration, and translate requirements into concrete deliverables is crucial. • You plan the project, set up the structure for implementation, and monitor the schedule, resources, and progress.
• You ensure that deliverables meet regulatory requirements, internal policies, guidelines, and architectural frameworks.
• You lead and coordinate the project team, sub-projects, and workflows to create shared understanding and good delivery capability.
• You communicate status, risks, and challenges to the steering group, management, and other central stakeholders.
• You drive risk and issue management and follow up on actions when deviations occur.
• You coordinate collaboration between different units and ensure that legal, technical, and business perspectives align.
• You document important decisions, milestones, and the project's development in a clear and structured manner.

• You have several years of experience driving large and complex projects within banking, finance, or other regulated industries.
• You have preferably worked with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), compliance, or similar change projects in regulatorily driven environments.
• You have experience with projects involving a significant IT development component.
• You are accustomed to working in environments where business, IT, and legal functions need to collaborate closely.
• You have experience with both traditional project management and lean-agile working methods.
• You work fluently in Swedish and English.

• Education in banking, finance, risk management, or compliance, especially within AML.
• Certification or education in project management, such as PMP, Prince2, or IPMA.
• Education or certification in lean or agile working methods and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
