In this role, you take overall responsibility for ILS and system support from both a technical and strategic perspective. You work closely with development, business, and customers to shape how systems are designed, realized, and supported throughout their entire lifecycle.

• You take overarching technical responsibility for lifecycle support and its integration into the system architecture.
• You drive and further develop strategies for system support, maintenance, and availability throughout the entire lifecycle.
• You lead the work with requirements definition, analysis, and design related to support solutions and system architecture.
• You ensure that operational needs and technical solutions align through close dialogue with customers and users.
• You act as a technical leader and advisor at the interface between development, project management, aftermarket, and customers.
• You contribute to architecture and design decisions with a focus on availability, operational reliability, maintainability, and lifecycle costs.
• You establish and improve working methods, processes, and structures within system support and ILS.
• You coach team members and contribute to competence development in the area.

• Several years of experience (approx. 4–8+ years) in systems engineering, ILS, product support, or lifecycle management
• Experience with system architecture, technical design, and complex system environments
• Ability to drive requirements definition, analysis, and design related to support solutions and system architecture
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate operational needs into sustainable technical solutions
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Experience leading technical initiatives or acting as a technical leader or architect
• Experience from defense, aviation, telecommunications, or other advanced technical environments
