Do you want to lead infrastructure projects in a business where availability, operational reliability, and clear collaboration are crucial? In this role, you will drive procurement and implementation projects within IT infrastructure in a complex environment with many dependencies, multiple suppliers, and high quality requirements. The focus is on networks, physical infrastructure such as fiber and cabling, as well as wireless solutions like WiFi and radio communication in mission-critical environments.

You take overall responsibility throughout the project lifecycle, from needs analysis and decision support to implementation, delivery, and closure. Here you will combine technical understanding with secure project management and contribute to projects that have a clear impact on a socially important business.

• You lead and execute projects within IT infrastructure with a focus on networks, data communication, fiber, cabling, WiFi, and radio communication.
• You drive the work from needs analysis and procurement to implementation, delivery, and closure.
• You create decision support materials and establish structure for planning, control, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• You actively work with risk management, stakeholder management, and communication between operations, technical teams, and suppliers.
• You coordinate several internal and external parties and create a collaborative working approach that helps projects reach their goals.
• You follow up on deliveries and contribute to ensuring that both active network solutions and passive infrastructure are implemented in a controlled manner.

• At least 10 years of documented experience as a project manager within IT infrastructure. The experience must have been acquired within the last 15 years.
• Documented experience leading at least 3 projects regarding network infrastructure, communication solutions, or data communication. At least one of the projects must have included procurement and implementation.
• Documented experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and managing projects with multiple internal and external parties.
• Experience applying established project methodologies, such as XLPM.
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience with procurement according to LUF (Swedish Public Procurement Act).
• Experience from mission-critical or infrastructural environments.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA.
• Experience with supplier management in complex IT environments.
• Certification or advanced competence within ITIL.
