Do you want to take a key role in a major change project within AMLR in the banking sector? Here, you will plan and launch a comprehensive initiative in a complex and highly regulated environment, where you become the link between operations, legal, and IT.

You are responsible for holding the overall picture together and creating the right conditions for IT solutions to be designed in line with the new regulations, internal policies, and business goals. The role involves many contact points and requires you to combine structure, leadership, and business understanding with the ability to navigate between different perspectives and interests.

This is a role for you who thrives when the assignment is both operationally close and technical, and who wants to influence an area where change, regulations, and delivery capability meet.

• You plan the project, allocate resources, and monitor the schedule and progress.
• You ensure that the project's deliverables meet the AMLR regulations as well as internal policies, guidelines, and architectural requirements.
• You lead and coordinate the project group as well as different work streams and sub-projects to create a common direction and good delivery capability.
• You communicate status, risks, and challenges to the steering group, management, and other key stakeholders.
• You drive risk and issue management and follow up on actions in case of deviations.
• You coordinate cooperation between different units and external suppliers as needed.
• You connect technical and operational activities between legal, technical, and business competence.
• You document important decisions, milestones, and the project's development.

• Several years of experience driving larger, complex projects within banking, finance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with AML, compliance, or similar change projects.
• Experience leading projects with a significant IT development component.
• Experience working in environments where operations, IT, and legal meet.
• Experience with both traditional project management and lean-agile working methods.

• Courses or education within banking, finance, risk management, or regulatory compliance, especially within AML.
• Education or certification in project management, such as Pejl, PMP, Prince2, or IPMA.
• Education or certification in lean/agile project management and agile frameworks or methods such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
