You will step into an ongoing modernization effort within a large healthcare organization, taking responsibility for a very extensive IT workplace environment. Here, the transition to Windows 11 and the lifecycle management of computers need to be carried out in a business-critical environment where both administrative workstations and care-adjacent workstations are affected.

This role suits you if you thrive when technology, business operations, and change management meet. You will take clear overall responsibility for driving the rollout forward in close collaboration with IT, business representatives, and management. This is an opportunity to work in a large and complex environment where your work has direct significance for a socially vital operation.

• You plan, lead, and coordinate the rollout of Windows 11 in a comprehensive and complex IT environment.
• You drive the dialogue with the IT department, business units, and end-users to create momentum and clarity throughout the implementation.
• You are responsible for project-related communication, both towards internal stakeholders and affected user groups.
• You handle risks and escalations and ensure that the project maintains the right quality and direction.
• You collaborate with other sub-projects to coordinate testing, resource allocation, and logistics flows.
• You report ongoing status, progress, and challenges to the steering group and management.
• You work to ensure the implementation is adapted to the business's needs and functions in environments where operational safety and continuity are crucial.

• Documented experience in leading large client rollout projects with at least 15,000 computers.
• Documented experience in driving projects at a large emergency hospital with direct impact on operations.
• At least 8 years of experience as a project manager for large, complex infrastructure projects in major organizations.
• Very strong ability to lead teams and manage dialogue with business owners.
• University degree.
• Very strong ability to communicate clearly and structured.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

• Experience with Windows 11 rollouts in large organizations.
• Experience driving projects with operational impact within the healthcare sector.
• Documented experience from leadership and steering group work towards external customers, as well as collaboration with the communications department.
• Documented experience leading larger projects with multiple teams within the project group.
• Very strong experience in service deliveries within the IT workplace area.
