About Us

Off.Clinic consists of three units. We work with young people who have various forms of sexualized behavioral problems. Neuropsychiatric disabilities are common. The young people are between 10 and 19 years old. The facility is located in Visseltofta, about one mile west of Osby. The treatment work is based on CBT/DBT and salutogenic ideas.

We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clarifying pedagogy.

About the Position

As a coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, leading, and following up on the daily operations of the facility. The role includes managing staffing and schedules, supporting quality and improvement work, as well as recruiting and onboarding new staff. You will work in close collaboration with the operations manager and other colleagues.

Employment Terms

We are currently looking for an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%), and working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

We offer individual salary setting, and other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement. The start date is negotiable.

As a person, you are relationship-building, proactive, and have good collaboration skills. We are looking for someone who easily sees what needs to be done and who engages and encourages your colleagues. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

• Experience working in similar operations.
• Relevant post-secondary education, such as a degree in social pedagogy, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license and access to a car.
