We are now looking for personal assistants for a client with autism, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. The client prefers female applicants at this time.

The introduction and work will begin during the summer, with a good opportunity for a permanent position starting in the autumn. From the autumn, the work will also involve accompanying and supporting the client at her day activity center.

We are looking for you who are calm, secure, and have great patience. You need to be able to handle situations with a low-affective approach and have the ability to distract, motivate, and "play along" when the client becomes stuck or displays challenging behavior. It is important that you can create security and build a good relationship with the client.

We would like you to:

• Be responsible and receptive
• Have a calm and stable approach
• Be flexible and solution-oriented
• Have experience with autism or similar work (meritorious but not a requirement)

Driving license and access to a car required!

Experience in healthcare and social care work is meritorious but not a requirement – great importance is placed on personal suitability.
