Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are interested in working as a casual employee in short-term care and supervision for children and young people within the framework of the Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS).

The stay and supervision offer support to children and young people with autism or other functional impairments within the framework of LSS. The operations are based on each child's and young person's individual needs and aim to promote development, stimulation, and participation in everyday life.

• The short-term stay has five places and offers the opportunity for a change of environment, social community, and meaningful activities in a safe and adapted environment.
• Supervision is offered before and after school days as well as during holidays. The operations are planned based on each child's individual needs and aim to create a safe, developmental, and meaningful leisure time. Through varied activities both indoors and outdoors, we encourage participation, community, learning, and joy.

With us, every child's unique needs are at the center. We work from a holistic perspective where safety, participation, and development are fundamental values, and our pedagogical approach is based on:

Your tasks may include:

With us, you will have a varied job that may include both verbal and physical support in areas such as:

• Personal hygiene and care
• Shopping, cooking, and cleaning
• Planning of daily and weekly activities indoors and outdoors
• Administration of medication
• Daily documentation

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have education in nursing or child and youth care, or other equivalent education
• Have experience from similar work
• Are responsible, flexible, and have a good attitude towards people
• Are passionate about working with people and within LSS
• Have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Can work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts

Meritorious:

• Category B driver's license

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability and require extracts from the police criminal record for all who may be considered for employment.

Terms of Employment

• Salary: Hourly wage
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment
• Duration: Start date 2026-07-27 or immediately as agreed
• Working hours: Schedule with day, evening, awake night, and weekend shifts (06:00-22:00 / 20:45-08:00)
