About Finjagården and our approach

Finjagården provides treatment combined with individual interventions. We work based on structured treatment methods such as:

• DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
• CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
• ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
• CRA (Community Reinforcement Approach)
• PE (Prolonged Exposure)

These are complemented by a quality system that ensures documented treatment results and creates transparency, participation, and security for clients, relatives, and commissioners.

We work from a biopsychosocial perspective, meaning that we work with the client in teams with different functions (coach, therapist, nurse). We take into account biological, psychological, and social aspects in the treatment process. Success requires good internal collaboration and insight into each other's work.

Our units

The units Parken/Loftet have a total of 20 places distributed across two units. Here we receive women and men aged 21–60. We accept clients with mental health issues such as emotional instability, PTSD, self-harm issues, eating disorders, neuropsychiatric disabilities, OCD, anxiety issues, depression, suicidal and self-destructive behaviors, and other mental comorbidities combined with substance abuse.

As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In the role, it is important that you show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when necessary.

The work involves close and trust-based collaboration with colleagues, which requires:

• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to distinguish between personal and professional matters
• Professional attitude towards clients, commissioners, and colleagues

You are unpretentious and take responsibility for doing your utmost every day to help clients reach their goals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Extracts from the criminal record will be required prior to employment.

For this position, you must be/have:

• Social pedagogue, social worker, treatment pedagogue, or other completed post-secondary education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Some years of experience in group treatment work
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good system proficiency as documentation occurs to a high extent
• Category B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of substance abuse
• Knowledge of neuropsychiatric diagnoses
