Personal Assistant Wanted

We are looking for a personal assistant for a man in his mid-30s. The individual requires support in all aspects of daily life, including personal care, mobility, and breathing-related routines.

The work involves double assistance around the clock, meaning you will always work together with a colleague. Therefore, collaboration, communication, and responsibility are key parts of the role.

Daily tasks include treatments and routines that require high precision and a safety-conscious approach. You must be able to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of performing tasks safely and securely.

As a personal assistant, your duties will include, among other things:

• Performing manual transfers
• Providing support with personal care
• Participating in and supporting exercise and activities
• Contributing to structure and order in the home
• Following routines and instructions with great precision

The individual has a strong interest in books, learning, and societal issues. Conversation and social interaction are important parts of daily life, as is an interest in analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. Therefore, it is a plus if you enjoy reflective conversations and have an intellectually curious attitude.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and contributing to the individual's ability to live their life according to their own wishes and conditions. You are calm, secure, flexible, and responsible, with the ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner.

You will become part of a stable and engaged team where respect, communication, and collaboration are central to the work. The goal is to create a secure daily life for the client and a good working environment for all employees.

The position is approximately 65% with varying working hours.

Please note that pets (cats) may be present at the workplace.
