About Us

We are currently looking for assistant nurses for Vistegården, a special housing facility focused on dementia care.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and are trained as an assistant nurse.

We are constantly working to develop our hospitality, maintaining a respectful and professional approach to everyone we meet. In your role, your hospitality should contribute to a sense of security for care recipients, relatives, and colleagues.

Your Role

Our task is to provide care recipients with practical, pedagogical, and social support. This means we support the individual in daily life based on a common pedagogical approach and clear structure. We work closely with other professions such as nurses and rehabilitation staff.

Work within elderly care includes:

• Supporting the care recipient in having a meaningful day-to-day life based on their life story
• Providing care and service according to individual needs
• Performing health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation
• Collaborating in the joint care and nursing work
• Documenting work in the digital journal system Lifecare

Other Information

Since we always think in terms of the whole picture - for both our partners and the individuals we support, introduction to other workplaces within social services may become relevant when you feel secure in your home unit. A Category B driver's license is a requirement at some of our units.
