Addera Kompetens provides adult education (Komvux) in modern facilities at Nacka Forum. Quality, engagement, and student learning are at the center of what we do. We believe that the competence of a care teacher makes the greatest impact in the classroom and in interactions with students. Teaching is also conducted remotely. You work in a team with other vocational teachers, sharing responsibility for the theoretical and practical components of the program as well as APL (Work Integrated Learning) contacts. As support, we have experienced school administrators who manage administrative processes and provide close support in daily operations. This gives you more time to plan, deliver, and develop your teaching.

You have strong digital competence and use digital tools in a pedagogical and effective manner. Experience with digital learning platforms, video-based teaching, and digital communication tools is required.
