Are you a knowledgeable and inspiring leisure-time pedagogue seeking a developmental role in a beautiful and stimulating environment? Campus Manilla is now looking for a certified teacher for leisure-time centers (fritidshem).
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about preparing students in the best possible way for the future. You are clear in your leadership and passionate about creating teaching that is adapted to each student's prerequisites and needs. You combine good subject knowledge with the ability to build good relationships and can, together with homes, promote the student's all-round development. Through varied teaching, you create engagement for learning. You have the ability to clearly communicate goals and requirement levels and give students feedback that drives learning forward.
As a colleague, you are reflective and egalitarian, and actively drive collaboration with colleagues to develop the operations forward.
Your Responsibilities
As a leisure-time pedagogue at Campus Manilla, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating students' learning during breaks and leisure time. You lead the learning during breaks and leisure time and assist the teacher so that students reach the goals in their subjects. You are part of a work team and are responsible for collaborating with your colleagues regarding students' learning and developing the operations.
We are looking for you who puts students, knowledge goals, and curiosity first. To succeed in the role as a teacher for leisure-time centers at Campus Manilla, you need to have a natural drive and be an open person who can see new exciting possibilities in learning. You also need to be a skilled relationship builder and have the ability to create team spirit and a genuine interest in working play as learning and the school's value base.
The position will be filled in August.
ABOUT US
Campus Manilla is run by the politically and religiously unaffiliated foundation Carpe Scientia. The school is run entirely without profit interest and has the ambition to develop into Sweden's best school. In our beautiful premises on Djurgården, there are both primary school and upper secondary school. In total, Campus Manilla has approx. 800 students from preschool class to the third year of upper secondary school and approx. 110 employees, including a well-functioning student health team.
The school is characterized by a family atmosphere with closeness to both students, colleagues, and school management. Short decision-making paths give you good opportunities to influence and develop the operations. The school's nature-near location provides good opportunities for excursions in the local area.
