Retention Insurance (Stanna-kvar-försäkring)

As a newly hired, permanent employee in Jokkmokk Municipality for this position, we have the opportunity to offer you retention insurance if you meet the following criteria:

• You have not previously held a permanent position with the same role.
• You are registered as a resident, or will register as a resident in connection with the employment.
• You have not participated in the municipality's scholarship for post-secondary studies.

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker with us, you will work with the case processing of various types of matters within social services, primarily concerning children and young people. You will be responsible for investigation, assessment, decision-making, and follow-up of interventions according to all legal frameworks within social services.

With us, you have a reasonable workload that provides room for development and social work. Here, you don't need to keep 10 balls in the air at the same time. If you still want to, there is of course the opportunity to contribute to development and take increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• Social work degree or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of current legislation, primarily SoL (Social Services Act), LVU (Care of Young Persons Act), and LVM (Care of Abusers of Spirits Act).
• Class B driver's license

Salary

The salary range for this position is between 37,000 - 42,000 SEK/month on a full-time basis. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
