ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Boden.
We are currently looking for:
Hourly substitutes who want to work extra when regular staff is absent or on leave.
Fixed-term substitute position 60-80% during weeks 37-44.
The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:
24-hour shifts from 10:00 to 10:00
There is some possibility of split shifts from 10:00-18:00 / 18:00-10:00
Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 30s who lives in her own apartment with her cat. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, going to town, or taking short day trips. Two days a week she is at her workplace, where you as an assistant accompany her as support. Since the client has suffered a stroke, she needs your help to make everyday life function.
The duties include:
Support with daily routines, including household chores
Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
Medication administration
Mobility assistance
The client uses mobility aids and a feeding tube (sond).

REQUIREMENTS
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
Tolerance for cats, as there is a cat in the client's home
MERITS
Previous experience working as a personal assistant or other care experience
Experience with feeding tubes (sond)
Employment level: 1-2 hourly substitutes as needed + 1 fixed-term employment weeks 37-44.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register control will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing time may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
