Part-time Bookkeeper for Growing Entrepreneurial Company

We are looking for a meticulous and independent bookkeeper for ongoing accounting on a part-time basis.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ongoing financial administration and work closely with the company's management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives with independent responsibility and wants to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciliations
• VAT reporting
• Preparation for annual accounts and audit
• Administration in Fortnox

Qualifications

• Experience with ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of Fortnox
• Independent and structured
• Good understanding of Swedish accounting standards
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Scope

• Part-time (extent to be agreed upon)
• Flexible arrangement
• At least one day per week at our office in Lidingö
• Remaining time can be performed partially remotely
