We are currently looking for an experienced Requirements Analyst for a role within the public sector. This position is ideal for you if you thrive at the intersection of business operations and IT, and are accustomed to translating needs into clear, value-creating requirements in complex environments.

About the Role

You will work closely with business representatives, product owners, epic owners, and development teams. The role involves responsibility for identifying, analyzing, documenting, and tracking requirements throughout the entire development process. You will play a key role in creating structure, alignment, and traceability in a development effort where collaboration and clear communication are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders and development teams
• Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing
• Establish and apply a suitable agile requirements management methodology
• Work closely with architects, UX designers, and development teams to create a shared understanding
• Track requirements throughout the entire development process

Requirements for the Role

Essential Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant and current work experience as a Requirements Analyst in a large organization with at least 1,000 employees
• Relevant and current experience working with agile requirements methodologies
• Relevant and current experience collaborating with roles such as architects, UX designers, and development teams
• Relevant and current experience in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and tracking requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a Requirements Analyst in regulated and complex environments
• Experience in requirements analysis within government agencies
• Experience with the SAFe framework
