You will step into a complex implementation project in a banking environment where a new document and communication platform is to be introduced into existing IT environments. The initiative is closely linked to accessibility requirements and involves both technical and organizational change. Here, you will have overall responsibility for the internal execution and become a key link between operations, IT, and external suppliers.

The role suits you if you thrive when many parts need to be coordinated simultaneously. You drive the work forward, create structure in a regulated and business-critical environment, and help the organization find efficient ways of working during the implementation. • You lead the planning, steering, and follow-up of the implementation project from the bank's side.
• You coordinate the work between internal teams, operations, and external suppliers.
• You manage risks, dependencies, and progress to create clarity in a complex delivery.
• You ensure that the project follows internal processes and established development models.
• You coach teams in the adoption and further development of agile ways of working.
• You establish dialogue with system owners for existing solutions affected by the transition.
• You develop communication, guidelines, and structures that support the migration to the new platform.
• You support the transformation work related to the migration of existing flows for archiving and dispatch.

• You have experience in project management in complex IT environments.
• You have documented experience with large implementation projects.
• You have experience working in or near agile organizations.
• You have a good understanding of change management and transformation work.
• You have experience collaborating with external suppliers.
• You have thorough knowledge of major infrastructure changes in complex IT environments supporting business-critical processes and subject to regulations.
• You have good knowledge and experience of working according to Lean and agile development methodologies.
• You have good knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• You are accustomed to creating structure and clarity and bringing many stakeholders together towards a common goal.

• Experience from banking or other financial activities.
• Experience with document and communication platforms such as Inspire, Streamserve, or similar.
• Knowledge of regulations related to accessibility.
• Experience working according to established internal development models in larger organizations.
