• As a Store Associate, you take significant personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• You ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy.
• Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the highest quality. You become an important part of the chain towards an inspiring store experience.

Job Details and Terms

The position is: A temporary assignment of 25 hours per week until 2027-05-31.

Start date: According to agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

What We Expect

Being interested in food and enjoying working with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. Below you can see what is expected of you as a Store Associate at Hemköp:

• You should find it easy to work in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment.
• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture.

We prefer that you have previous experience with sales planning. In reference to the Working Environment Act (Chapter 5) and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.
