We are looking for someone who enjoys customer interactions, has experience from the banking industry, and feels comfortable using Swedbank or Sparbank systems. The position is a summer assignment with a desired start date by agreement and good opportunities for continued employment after the summer.

The workplace is located within commuting distance from several towns in the region. For the right candidate, reimbursement for travel to and from the workplace is offered by agreement.

Tasks

• Handle customer meetings and provide service in a banking environment
• Work with cash handling and ongoing banking matters
• Answer customer questions and guide customers to the right solutions
• Perform administrative tasks and documentation
• Contribute to a high service level and good customer treatment

We are looking for you who

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Have worked in Swedbank or Sparbank systems and feel comfortable in these environments
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and have a professional attitude
• As the workplace is located outside the major commuting hubs, it is a requirement that you have the possibility to commute to and from the workplace throughout the assignment period. Travel is reimbursed by agreement.
