Who are we?

Cnema is Norrköping Municipality's film activity, offering activities that stimulate and enrich the film and media culture in the city.

With a film fund, three cinema halls, and a film and media lab, Cnema is a unique operation in Sweden. Currently, 13 people work at Cnema, meeting over 45,000 visitors every year.

Your responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator here, you work closely with your colleague in the Event Coordinator role. Together, you have overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of Cnema's program, communication, and marketing. You plan and book Cnema's wide range of films, events, and activities.

A large and important part of the assignment is to initiate, plan, implement, and evaluate communication and marketing efforts with the aim of selling tickets. You are responsible for and drive campaigns where collaboration with other parties may occur.

You also work to strengthen and market the Cnema brand.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an academic education in culture, media, or communication, or other similar education that the employer considers equivalent.

We view it positively if you have previous work experience in marketing, communication, or project management. It is meritorious if you have experience working with CRM tools for customer communication, as well as social media and their advertising functions.

Furthermore, you have good knowledge of web and communication with a good sense for layout and visualization of messages. You are familiar with Photoshop and InDesign.

As a person, you are creative, come up with new ideas, and can quickly put new approaches into practice – as well as adapt when circumstances change. You collaborate well with others and relate to them in a listening, constructive, and smooth manner, while also appreciating the ability to independently prioritize and handle different tasks on your own.

You enjoy meeting new people and thrive when speaking in front of large groups, with a genuine interest in film and film issues.

You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
