Position: Operational Buyer at Voky

Have you graduated from a University College (YH) program in procurement or logistics? Do you want to work as an operational buyer in a company with the vision of revolutionizing the industry?

As a buyer at Voky, you will step directly into a development-oriented and energetic environment. In the role of operational buyer, you are responsible for handling orders efficiently and correctly throughout the entire process from procurement to delivery, ensuring that ordered products are delivered exactly as requested by the customer. As a buyer, you are the central hub connecting our sales team, customers, and suppliers.

Voky AB is one of Sweden's largest companies in product media, with ambitious growth plans for the future. Most purchases involve products designed based on customer requirements. The procurement process generates a large volume of orders, with a focus on efficient workflows, digitalization, automation, and handling any discrepancies that arise.

You have a knack for administrative work, the ability to get things done, and provide good service. You take ownership of your tasks and ensure that what you are responsible for is completed on time and with high quality. Computer proficiency and good knowledge of Swedish and English are required.
