Rotakorn Electronics is now looking for a B2B Salesperson for the role of Sales Representative. Here you will have the opportunity to build your own customer portfolio, develop long-term customer relationships, and be part of an exciting growth journey in an entrepreneurial company.
You will step into a role where there is already an established customer base to work with. Several of our customers have previously purchased from Rotakorn, giving you excellent opportunities to re-engage in conversations and develop existing business. At the same time, you are expected to actively seek out and build relationships with new customers to build your own portfolio.
About the Company
Rotakorn Electronics is an independent distributor of electronic components with customers and suppliers worldwide. Since 1990, Rotakorn has helped companies create efficient and sustainable supply chains through high service levels, strong business understanding, and long-term relationships.
Rotakorn currently has around 30 employees and continues to grow. Here, the entrepreneurial spirit of a smaller company is combined with the opportunities of international business. Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will become an important part of our sales team. Your mission is to develop the business by creating new opportunities with existing, former, and new customers.
During your first period in the role, the focus will primarily be on reactivating customer relationships, identifying needs, and building long-term collaborations that create value for both the customer and Rotakorn. This gives you the opportunity to learn about our products, customers, and ways of working while gaining experience in proactive sales.
You will have the opportunity to build your own customer base by developing existing relationships and gradually working on creating new business and customer contacts.
Your main responsibilities:
- Develop and reactivate former customers
- Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings via phone, digitally, and on-site at the customer
- Present solutions and create business proposals
- Prepare quotations and drive deals to closure
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and networking meetings
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales and purchasing

You will work closely with our Sales Manager, Sebastian Blom, and other colleagues in the team who support your development and provide you with the conditions to succeed.
Your Profile
We are looking for you who enjoy creating relationships and are driven by developing business over time.
You are curious, proactive, and like working towards clear goals. At the same time, you are a team player who appreciates collaborating with others to achieve common successes.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Experience in sales or another role with significant customer contact within B2B
- Experience working towards goals and creating results
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite
It is an advantage if you have experience in proactive sales, CRM systems, or sales training. If you also have good knowledge of languages other than Swedish and English, we see it as an extra plus. However, the most important thing is your attitude, your drive, and your willingness to develop.
