We are looking for a Project Manager for an exciting implementation project within the banking sector.

Job Description

The bank is implementing Inspire from Quadient in its IT environments. The initiative is driven by requirements related to the EU Accessibility Directive, which became law in Sweden on June 28, 2025.

We are seeking an experienced and senior Project Manager who can take overall responsibility for the bank's internal work within the implementation project (Epic) of Inspire. The assignment includes both traditional project management and an active contribution to the development of working methods and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for, among other things:

• Overall planning, steering, and monitoring of the implementation project
• Coordination between internal teams, business units, and external suppliers (primarily Canon)
• Management of risks, dependencies, and schedules
• Ensuring that the work follows the bank's development model and internal processes
• Leading and coaching teams in the introduction and further development of agile working methods
• Establishing dialogue with system owners of solutions currently using Streamserve
• Developing communication, guidelines, and structures for the transition to Inspire
• Support in transformation work related to migrating existing flows for archiving and dispatch

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project management in complex IT environments
• Documented experience with large-scale implementation projects
• Experience working in or near agile organizations
• Good understanding of change management and transformation work
• Experience collaborating with external suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the banking or financial sector
• Experience with document and communication platforms (e.g., Inspire, Streamserve, or similar)
• Knowledge of regulations related to accessibility
• Experience working according to established internal development models
