The Stockholm Bypass is one of the longest road tunnels in the world. Eltel is a collaboration partner to Yunex Traffic, and together we have been commissioned by Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) to install telecommunications, control, and monitoring systems for the new stretch of E4, the Stockholm Bypass. As a Project Engineer within Production Administration, you will handle several administrative tasks related to the site where you are working. Initially, we are looking for a Project Engineer for Skärholmen, but the role may eventually involve working at other sites within the project. In this role, you will organize and maintain the project's documentation, which may include, for example, Variation Orders (ÄTA), HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) documentation, and work preparations. This role also supports the purchasing process, writes meeting minutes, and ensures that all administrative aspects are handled efficiently. Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the project's documentation and administration at the site
• Establish and improve routines and processes for administration to ensure work efficiency
• Take minutes during meetings and ensure they are distributed to relevant parties
• Participate in meetings concerning future work preparations and log unique IDs
• Quality-assure work preparations according to Eltel's processes, and submit them to BAS U and other relevant parties
• Be responsible for the BAS U schedule in collaboration with production planners
• Eventually support the coordination of SAT (System Acceptance Testing)
• Administer Variation Orders (ÄTA) and disruptions from the installation department, and ensure that diaries are available
• Inform about HSE updates (Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety) at the site
• Support the purchasing process by handling orders for materials and equipment, as well as the purchase of clothing, office supplies, etc.
• Handle registrations and other administration for new employees and visitors
• Train new employees on-site on systems related to self-control and activity reports
• Contribute to a positive environment together with your colleagues and continue the work for a safe, healthy, and pleasant working environment through good collaboration

Qualifications

• Relevant upper secondary education in administration or technology
• Experience from practical occupational health and safety work, as well as training in BAM, BAS U, and P
• Experience in project administration from installation projects within electricity, telecommunications, control/monitoring systems, or technology-heavy construction projects
• Knowledge of contract law
• Experience administering Variation Orders (ÄTA) and disruptions
• Experience in purchasing
• Very good computer skills; MS Office, case management systems, databases, purchasing portals, project management systems, scheduling systems (or equivalent)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a high level of English as both languages are used daily in the project
• As a person, you are meticulous and analytical. You have a structured way of working and contribute to collaboration between different parties
• The role places high demands on good communication skills and result orientation
• A prerequisite for employment is a satisfactory background check, including financial history

• The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement
• Location: Skärholmen and Vinsta
• Working hours: Monday-Friday approx. 07:30-16:00
