Do you want to make a real difference every day? At Ragn-Sells, that is exactly what we do, regardless of your position. We are a third-generation family business with experience behind us and our eyes on tomorrow's innovations. Here, you will help shape a circular future where we reduce the need to extract new raw materials and instead use what we already have – over and over again.

We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented environmental worker for our Brista facility in Märsta.

The Role

Together with a close-knit team of environmental workers and office staff, your main task will be to operate a wheel loader in the handling of contaminated soil and demolition waste. You will also participate in the daily operations of the entire facility and are expected to take initiative, contribute to solving emerging challenges, and perform manual work outside the machine when necessary. The role also involves customer contact with truck drivers, as well as reporting and communication with weighing personnel and production staff.

Responsibilities as an environmental worker include, but are not limited to:

  • Operating a wheel loader (L180 Volvo) for loading, unloading, piling, shredding, and moving various materials such as excavated soil, stone, demolition waste, and fuel/chips.
  • Communicating with and directing incoming trucks for unloading, tipping, or loading.
  • Watering, cleaning, sweeping, and snow clearing of the facility roads.
  • Daily supervision and maintenance of the machine.
  • Bucket weighing/machine weighing.
  • Reporting production and deviations via app.

Brista is in a development phase, so the role may evolve and change over time. On-call duties may be included in the position.

Your Profile

You are an independent, responsible, and attentive person with a strong sense of service. You collaborate well and build good relationships with both colleagues and customers. Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and technically interested, with a passion for environmental and waste management issues.

Requirements for the position:

  • Category B driver's license
  • Machine operator certificate for Wheel Loaders
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have operator certificates and experience with excavators, dumpers, tracked excavators, and/or material handlers.

Application and Contact

Apply by clicking the Apply button where you will register your CV. Please send your application as soon as possible as we conduct ongoing selections and may fill the position before the final application deadline of June 28, 2026.

If you have questions regarding the position, please contact Section Manager Kristin Forssell at [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]).
