Securitas Technology is embarking on an exciting growth journey in Stockholm. In connection with this, we need to strengthen our team with a Senior Project Manager who will take responsibility for some of our most complex projects.

📍 Location: Stockholm. Travel within the region is a natural part of the role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will primarily work on our largest and most extensive projects. You will lead your own projects of various kinds and act as the lead project manager in larger, complex projects. Our customers turn to us for security technology solutions that go beyond the ordinary, which places high demands on us to deliver the best possible solution.

In your daily work as a Project Manager:

• Reviewing customer proposals/inquiries to compile requirements for upcoming delivery projects.
• Working on complex security projects with authorities, municipalities, and companies.
• Actively participating in the development of processes and routines within project management, as well as spreading best practices.
• Contributing to the onboarding of new project managers and acting as a role model regarding project methodology.
• Economic follow-up and profit responsibility. You will help create the budget and ensure it is maintained throughout the project.
• You will plan the work together with technicians, sales representatives, and system specialists, and determine if subcontractors are required.

We are looking for you who:

To succeed in the role of Senior Project Manager, we believe you have at least 5 years of project management experience from an installation or technically complex business. Knowledge of security technology or a related industry is a requirement. Experience in leading project teams is a plus. To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Previous personal experience driving large projects
• IT-oriented with experience in technical projects
• Experience with scheduling and MS Project
• Very good knowledge of project methodology and project economics
• Very good knowledge of contract law as well as BAS-P and BAS-U.
• Completed upper secondary education and a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
