Job Description

For a short-term assignment of 3–4 months with our client, we are looking for a person for the role of Working Foreman with experience in workforce leadership/management within a facility management organization. The role involves supporting the leadership team in a maintenance and operations organization that manages a number of rental properties in Stockholm.

Working hours: 07:00–16:00 from the office (office location may vary within Stockholm)

Start date: Immediately

Responsibilities

Daily operational leadership: Plan, distribute, and follow up on daily work orders for property caretakers and operations technicians in the field.
Emergency handling: Quickly prioritize and structure reported faults and operational issues for the rental properties.
Operational support: Act as the Group Manager's right-hand person and relieve them with hands-on leadership so that the manager can focus on the broader aspects of newly started assignments.

Qualifications

High school education and/or vocational training with a focus on facility management or administration, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways.
Several years of experience in property maintenance.
Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
Experience with administrative work.
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Experience in leadership in a similar role.
